It's been awhile :)
Wow.. I haven't been on my blog in forever!! Life has been crazy busy, and I don't think I would want it any other way. We made it through the holidays. All I can say is THANK GOODNESS!!! I knew they would be hard, but never imagined them to be that hard!! They did turn out good though. I was able to spend the day with Jacob's family! Which was really nice! They have been so great through this whole deployment!! I really don't know where I would be without them!!
On another note... Taylor's room is coming together so well!! Kaytlin and Gracie are getting so excited!! They have been such awesome little helpers. They have helped in the decorating of her room, picking out clothes and even getting all of them put together!! Kaytlin really wanted a little brother so she was kinda bummed when we found out that is was a girl. But Gracie has been on cloud nine. I think she is really excited to have a little sister!! They both are going to be such great big sisters!!
Jacob is doing well! I think he is ready to come home, but then again who wouldn't be!! He doesn't stay to busy which is good for me but not for him! He spends a lot of time sleeping, at the gym, playing on his computer. Or now their new favorite thing to do is puzzles!! So we have managed to stock him up on those!!
Kaytlin is doing really well in school. She loves it so much!! I am amazed at what she has learned so far this year. She can already read a little. It blows me away at what they teach the kids today. She also lost her first tooth!! And has two more loose teeth!! It makes me so sad that Jacob is missing out on all of this, but then i think about the everything that he is going to be here for!!
Gracie is also doing amazing in preschool!! She has learned so much to. she gets kinda mad sometimes because she is not doing the same stuff that Kaytlin is. Like when Kayltin lost a tooth, Gracie started pushing on hers saying that she has a loose tooth. I have told her that she will start loosing them next year when she turns 5. She has formed into such a big girl. It amazes me at how fast she has grown up. Its hard to believe that in May she will be 5.
I will try and be better at updating this, but don't count on them to much!! I stay way to busy. :)
